Online Coaching

I realize that not everyone has the budget for my services in person, so this is the next best thing, you just have to be a little tech savvy and willing to put in some work! All I ask is that you commit to me for at least 12 weeks. Here is how it will work:

  1. I’ll send you an email with a comprehensive questionnaire. It will have questions about your health, diet, injuries, goals, training history etc. Please be honest with this, I am here to help you, not judge you. I will not share your information with anyone.
  2. We will meet via Skype or Google Hangouts to discuss the questionnaire and I’ll walk you through some movement screens. With this information, and knowing where you will be working out (gym, home, and what equipment you have access to) I will then be able to write your program based on your goals and needs.
  3. Once I write your program, I will share it with you via a link from Google Drive. You will be able to leave comments and fill in weights used. The document will also have links to videos of each exercise from my video library. We will then meet again and I will talk you through it.
  4. Every 3 or 4 weeks, we will meet again via video chat to look over your form on certain exercises, evaluate progress, make any necessary changes to your program, and walk you through the next training phase.
  5. With that said, get after it! I will be there as little or as much as you need throughout the process. You have unlimited access to me via email for questions. 

If you need more attention, we can meet more frequently for a quick call. You may want to record yourself doing the exercises, that way I can critique your form. As you can tell, I will be putting in a lot of effort on my end, this is not a cookie cutter program. Many online training programs out there are cookie cutter programs, with unlimited numbers of people to purchase it. I will be limiting how many spots I have open for online training so that it does not interfere with the quality of my services.
