I don’t want to look better, feel better, and move better…. said no one ever! However, life gets in the way and can give you an easy excuse not to take care of yourself. You owe it to yourself to be the best version of you that you can be. With our on-site corporate option, you can set times and days that work for you and your team at work to get in a great group workout. You don’t even have to leave the building. We bring everything needed.
It’s so easy to go home after work with the intention of going to the gym later. Once you sit down, it’s game over! You’ll eliminate that problem by working out directly after work, having the accountability of your workout being scheduled, and the added accountability of your co-workers being there too.
Our program is for beginners to advanced. Exercises are done in a “timed set” or “rounds for time” manner and have regressions or progressions for each exercise to accommodate different fitness levels and limitations. You’ll get to use equipment like: TRX, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, battle ropes, heavy duty resistance bands, your own body weight, and more.
The program runs in 12 week intervals. We can set options for 2 or even 3 days per week to workout. This isn’t like a group class at a gym, we set a max class size of 6. This ensures that we can keep an eye on everyone’s form and increases safety for your workout. Small class sizes also allow us to take fitness measurements and set goals for you to strive for.
Cost breaks down to $12.50 per class per person. You will commit to 12 weeks (3 months) at a time. Payments are paid upfront and broken down by month so you don’t have to worry about a lump sum payment. Some health insurance companies even provide reimbursement money for wellness programs at work, check with your company to see what they offer.
