Personal training is just that, personal. Everyone is different and have different abilities, needs, and desires. Therefore they should be trained differently. We start with a complimentary consultation to discuss your exercise history, past successes and failures, current nutrition habits, injury history, perform movement screens to evaluate how you move, take body composition measurements, and set realistic goals.
We take an integrative approach to training, incorporating not only strength training, but also core, power, corrective exercises, and conditioning. We will work with your time and budget to develop a program that is best for you that will get you moving better, feeling better, and looking better.
Besides their training sessions, our personal training clients get:
– Recovery strategies and exercises to help you get the best out of your program
– Nutrition advice (we offer more involved nutrition coaching as an additional service)
– Unlimited email support during business hours
– Weekly fitness tips, recipes, and accountability
Call Richard Lee at 314-805-2050 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to set up your initial consultation.
Frequently Asked Questions:
Do I need any equipment?
No, we bring all the equipment necessary to your workout. We have adjustable dumbbells from 5 lbs to 90 lbs, travel benches, medicine balls, kettlebells, resistance bands, combat ropes, suspension trainers, and much more. If you have a home gym, we’ll incorporate that into your workout and homework. This is not dancing around with tiny pink dumbbells. If you want that, call someone else 🙂
What is the cancellation policy for my sessions?
We need 24 hrs notice if you need to change your time or day that you are training. If we do not get enough notice, we reserve the right to charge you at the rate of one session. You can avoid being charged if we can reschedule that week at a mutually agreed upon time. We do this for two reasons, it is another form of accountability and we need to make a living.
How much is it to have my consultation?
