Mobile Personal Training

Personal training is just that, personal.  Everyone is different and have different abilities and needs, therefore they should be trained differently.  We start with a free consultation to discuss your exercise history, injury history, perform movement screens to evaluate how you move, take body composition measurements, and set goals.

We take an integrative approach to training, incorporating not only strength training, but also core, power, corrective exercises, and  conditioning.  We will work with your time and budget to develop a program that is best for you that will get you moving better, feeling better, and looking better.

Besides their training sessions, our personal training clients get:

– Homework workouts to compliment the workouts done with the trainer

– Access to video clips to coach you on your homework exercises

– Nutrition plans based on your gender and body type with some extra accountability

– Unlimited email support during business hours

– Weekly emails with fitness tips, recipes, and motivation

Frequently Asked Questions:

Do I need any equipment?

No, we bring all the equipment necessary to your workout.  We have dumbbells from 5 lbs to 90 lbs, travel benches, medicine balls, kettlebells, resistance bands, combat ropes, suspension trainers, and much more. If you have a home gym, we’ll incorporate that into your workout and homework.

What is the cancellation policy for my sessions?

We need 24 hrs notice if you need to change your time or day that you are training. If we do not get enough notice, we reserve the right to charge you at the rate of one session. You can avoid being charged if we can reschedule that week at a mutually agreed upon time. We do this for two reasons, it is another form of accountability and we need to make a living.

How much is it to have my consultation?

Consultations are free! During this time, we will discuss your needs and goals, and we will give our recommendations. We will also do measurements and movement screens.

How much is it to train?

Cost starts at $70 per hour for one one one training. We have different pricing plans for groups of 2-4 people. The more people you have, the less it costs per person. We ask that you pay for each month in advance and the minimum commitment is 12 weeks so you can see results.

How far are you willing to travel?

We travel along Highways 40/64, 364 and 141 between Lake St. Louis, Chesterfield, Town and Country, Wildwood, O’Fallon, Defiance, and St. Charles.
